A high build fast drying primer suitable for brush, roller, and spraying using conventional airless or air-assisted systems. Ideal for patch priming and full coat applications.
This direct-to-metal primer has excellent corrosion resistance to provide maximum protection to metal substrates.
Once dry the surface of the coating exhibits numerous bonding sites allowing for excellent adhesion of most topcoat systems.
The product has excellent scratch and imperfection filling qualities due to a high solids content. It sands easily by hand and mechanical orbital sanders with minimal abrasive clogging.
We recommend this as a first coat on narrowboat hulls or Iron and Steel metal surfaces, the zinc phosphate pigment will give increased corrosion resistance extending the life of the paint system. Zinc phosphate alternatives are available if required.
Available in both water-based and solvent-based systems these products have been specially formulated for priming woods and plywood substrates.
Properties of these primers include good adhesion and sanding qualities when applied directly to wood allowing for easy application of an undercoat or topcoat.

A high-quality intermediate coating designed for interior and exterior topside painting. This is an easy to apply, intermediate coat which gives good opacity for ease of coverage.
Recommended for use over primer when preparing surfaces for final topcoat layer.
Application via brush or roller, this product can also be sprayed but thinning would be required.

A high-performance, modified alkyd gloss finish suitable for use on topside or interior of canal boats and leisure crafts. Designed to be tough and flexible with resistance to chalking.
Prior to application, it is recommended to prepare the surface using a primer and undercoat as this will give the best results and give maximum durability.
In-house colour matching to all RAL, BSI shades available upon request.
