EC-10 2 Pack Epoxy Primer
EC-10 2 Pack Epoxy Primer
A 2 pack epoxy primer designed for superior corrosion protection to ferrous substrates dries to a semi-gloss finish. Has excellent surface properties allowing for maximum adhesion of a wide variety of topcoat systems.
A high solid, high opacity, medium build product, allows for single coat application in most circumstances.
Typically applied to shot-blasted steel, skips, fabrications, plant, and machinery.

EC-18 2 Pack Epoxy Blast Primer
A 2 pack epoxy blast primer designed for application to shot blasted structural steelwork. This product has quick initial air drying properties and offers corrosion resitstance with maximum adhesion to prepared substrates. Can be overcoated with most undercoats and finishes when fully cured.

EC-24 Gloss Topcoat
An air-drying topcoat typically applied to metal fabrications and agricultural equipment that has already been primed.
Has excellent surface drying properties allowing for quick handling times in production situations. A medium solids product with high opacity. Dries to a high gloss finish.
The pigments used in this product have high light fastness to reduce colour fade, increasing the exterior lifetime.

EC-30 Single Pack PU Floor Paint
EC-30 Single Pack PU Floor Paint
A modified polyurethane alkyd system designed for application to suitably prepared floors. Once fully cured this product will prevent the ingress of dirt, grime, and oils allowing for easy cleaning.
Typically applied to Mid-low traffic areas, can be used for line marking, walkways, and domestic garage floors.
Suitable for the addition of anti-slip aggregates, these can be mixed with the paint or broadcast between coats.
Available in a gloss and satin finish.

EC-50 Wood/MDF QAD Primer
EC-50 Wood/MDF QAD Primer
A single coat primer designed for industrial use on MDF and wood, dries to an intense white matt finish. This product exhibits excellent surface properties allowing easy sanding if required.
Due to the penetration properties the primer prevents moisture ingress into the MDF or wood which will reduce warping.
Fast drying making it ideal for use in high production situations where quick handling times are a necessity.
Supplied ready for use on site, ideal for skirting boards, architraves, doors and windowsills etc.

EC-90 Pliolite Masonry/Brick Coatings
A solved-based acrylic copolymer system for use on exterior and interior masonry finishes. Offers excellent protection to stonework, render, stucco, and brick/masonry, dries to a semi-gloss/matt finish.
This product exhibits excellent water resistance and exterior durability, over and above the performance of normal acrylic-based masonry paints.
Available in white, magnolia, and light grey. Other colours may be produced if specified.

We recommend that all paint be applied to clean, prepared surfaces to ensure optimum results.
The substrate MUST be dry and free from dust and grease. Failure to adhere to these instructions will compromise product performance.

Prior to use paint should be stirred thoroughly to produce a consistent homogenous liquid.
The ideal application temperature is above 5°C with the substrate surface temperature 3°C above the dew point, relative humidity should be below 90%. Can dry at low temperatures of 0°C, this will significantly extend drying times
Airless Spray:
This product is supplied ready for use for airless spray but can be thinned up to 10% if required.
Recommended tip size: 11-15 Thou
Recommended PSI: 2000-2500 at the tip
Brush/Roller:
This product can be applied by brush or roller, we recommend using a medium pile polyester roller or high-quality brush.

EC-97 Acrylic Sealer
EC-97 Acrylic Sealer
A single coat acrylic-based product designed to offer protection to exterior PIC, block paving, and natural stone. Easy to apply via brush or medium pile polyester roller for DIY or professional use. Please specify if required in gloss or satin finish.
As this product is quick-drying it allows for fast reinstatement of treated areas. This product can be overcoated multiple times, we do not recommend on inclines unless slip-resist has been added to the product. Slip resist can be incorporated or purchased separately.
Typical uses include drives, patios, and walkways.

Ideal for all natural stone, PIC and block paving installations. Coverage and gloss may vary depending upon porosity of substrate, to achieve uniformity in some cases 2 coats may be required.
Prior to use the product should be stirred thoroughly to produce a consistent homogenous liquid.
The ideal spraying temperature is above 8°C with the substrate surface temperature 3°C above the dew point. Relative humidity should be below 90%, drying times will be extended in cold, damp conditions.
Conventional Spray:
This product is supplied ready for use but can be thinned to suit requirements for equipment and application, we recommend no more than 10%.
Can be sprayed at 40-50 PSI, this may differ for low pressure, high volume equipment.
Brush/Roller:
This product is supplied ready for use. To achieve best results we recommend application by medium pile polyester roller. Do not roller in straight lines as this will result in visible stripes, roller product in all directions.
